The 3rd Islam and Democracy Forum for 2014 organized by the Philippine Center for Islam and Democracy (PCID) and University of the Philippines National College for Public Administration and Good Governance (UP-NCPAG) was held on October 14, 2014 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the NCPAG Assembly Hall, UP Diliman, Quezon City. His Excellency, Former President Fidel V. Ramos, the keynote speaker, tackled the topic “Break not the Peace”, assessing the 1996 Final Peace Agreement with the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). This forum provided an objective review of these landmark documents.
